Common Questions
Where is my order?▾
Visit our Track Order page and enter your order ID or the email address used at checkout. You can also find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email, or in your account under Order History.
How long will my order take?▾
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, plus transit time. Domestic US orders usually arrive within 6–12 business days total. International orders can take 14–28 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
I received a defective or wrong item — what do I do?▾
We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@olympicastores.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order?▾
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they enter production. Email us immediately at support@olympicastores.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
I selected the wrong size — can I exchange it?▾
Unfortunately we cannot exchange items as each product is made to order. Please use the size guide on each product page before ordering. We recommend ordering one size up if you are between sizes.
I have not received my refund yet.▾
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for card refunds (Stripe) or 3–5 business days for PayPal. If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?▾
Yes — for orders of 10 or more items, please email us at support@olympicastores.com to discuss pricing and turnaround times.
