1. Who We Are

Olympica Stores is a print-on-demand merchandise retailer. We partner with Printify to produce and fulfil all orders. Products are printed to order by Printify's global network of print providers and shipped directly to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using this website, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Descriptions

All products are custom-printed on demand. Because of this: • Items are not held in inventory and are produced only after your order is placed • Product colours may vary slightly from on-screen images due to differences in monitor calibration and the printing process • Size guides are provided on each product page — please measure carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

4. Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is accepted and payment is processed. An order is not confirmed until you receive this email.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We accept the following payment methods: • All major credit and debit cards via Stripe • PayPal Payment is processed at the time of order. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and do not store your card details.

6. Order Cancellations

Because products are sent to our print partner immediately, you may only cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After this window, the order enters production and cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@olympicastores.com with your order number.

7. Fulfilment and Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Printify. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, after which your order is handed to a shipping carrier. Shipping times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Refunds and Returns

Because all items are made to order, we only accept refund or replacement requests for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selections. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

9. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage your orders, view order history, and speed up future checkouts. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately at support@olympicastores.com if you suspect unauthorised access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Olympica Stores. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold commercially without authorisation.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods • Use the website for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the website • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the website without our consent

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olympica Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Olympica Stores operates.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
