Refund & Returns Policy

Custom-Made Products — Please Read
Every item we sell is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer remorse, incorrect size choices, or change of mind. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.
What We Will Refund or Replace
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for orders where: • The item arrived with a significant manufacturing defect (misaligned print, peeling or cracking ink, stitching defects) • The item was damaged during transit • You received the wrong item or the wrong size due to our error (not your selection) • The item is materially different from what was shown in the product listing
How to Submit a Claim
1. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at support@olympicastores.com 2. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email or account page) 3. Attach clear photos showing the problem — all four sides of the item and a close-up of the defect 4. We will review your claim within 2–3 business days 5. If approved, we will either dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days of approval and typically appear in your account within: • Credit/debit cards via Stripe: 5–10 business days • PayPal: 3–5 business days If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not eligible for a refund or replacement: • Incorrect size selected by you at checkout — please use our size guides • Minor colour differences between on-screen images and the printed product (a normal result of monitor calibration and print processes) • Items lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer • Damage caused by the customer after delivery • Orders reported more than 30 days after the delivery date
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, before it enters production. To cancel, email support@olympicastores.com immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. After the 1-hour window, cancellation is not possible as the order has been submitted to our print provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and are eligible for a replacement, we will create a new order at no cost to you. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
